What is the difference between Presale tickets and official ticket sale?
Pre-sale is an opportunity for all registered group bookings or individual bookings to access ticket sales prior to their release date. If you haven’t already registered with us (through emailing your request to info@jkent.com.au) for pre-sale opportunity, action now!
Why is there pre-sale?
As the first K-POP event of this type in Australia, a lot of people are excited about purchasing tickets. Each specific fan group is also excited to be able to sit together and enjoy the show. The pre-sale is an opportunity to ensure fan groups can sit together (something we can’t guarantee after public tickets are on sale). It is also important that those who are not registered with a specific fan group are not excluded. So, they can simply email their request to info@jkent.com.au to be part of the pre-sale and purchase tickets in the designated public areas.
Where can I purchase ticket(s)?
Pre-sale event (Sunday, 28th ~ Tuesday, 30th August)
JK Entertainment will email each registered patron with an internet link and password to access online to purchase ticket during the event. If you have not registered for pre-sale, email info@jkent.com.au
Official ticket sale (Thursday, 01st September)
You can purchase tickets from Ticketek by either logging online to http//:premier.ticketek.com.au.
How do I sit/ stand with fellow fans?
Registration for pre-sale closes 5.00pm AEST on Friday, 26th August. However, early registration is always appreciated! This elevates some of the pressure that we’re currently going through! For registration, please send an email to info@jkent.com.au and inform us of the following:
- Contact number, email, name
- Quantity of tickets required

How do fan groups work?
Each fan group has been allocated a specific seating section in each price category. If you register with your chosen fan group or with JK Entertainment to sit with a fan group, you will receive a link that will direct you to buy the best available ticket in the designated fan group seating area.
Are group bookings sitting or standing only tickets?
No. All ticket sections are available for group bookings. Ticket sections are VIP standing $289/ VIP seating $289/ Gold $189/ Silver $139/ Bronze $89. However, we can’t arrange group to stand in the same area, you can meet up with your group prior to the commencement of the concert and enter the stadium together.
If I have already booked tickets as a group, do I still need to send an email to JK Entertainment?
No you don't. For example, if I'm a 2AM fan and I've organised seating with Australia's 2AM fan club, you are already in the list and you are not required to send them an email.
How will my tickets be allocated?
JK Entertainment will email all registered pre-sale patrons with an internet link and password to enter the pre-sale via Ticketek website. You will receive the link on Friday, 26th August. However, you will not be able to use the password to purchase tickets until 9:00a.m (AEST) on Sunday, 28th August.
How do I claim and pay pre-ordered group tickets?
When you registered your name in a group booking either directly with JK Entertainment or a fan club or with some friends, JK entertainment will be in contact with the person who sends the request for booking.
To claim and pay for the pre-ordered tickets, an internet link and password will be sent to the email address that JK Entertainment receive during booking request; and this will be used when you make payment at Ticketek online http://premier.ticketek.com.au.
What if I am not happy with the selected section given for the pre-sale?
If the seat(s) selected are not of your preference, an alternate internet link and password will be provided to you when you receive an email from us on Friday, 26th August. This alternate link will give you another set of seat selections to choose from.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
Unfortunately, you will need a credit card to access the pre-sale as it is only accessible online.
What if I miss the pre-sale?
Don’t stress. Fantastic tickets will still be available for public sale on Thursday, 1st September at 09:00a.m AEST through http://premier.ticketek.com.au.
